Service

BlitzBooking provides software for customer relationship management, booking, workflows, communications, automation, training, digital business cards, and related business operations. Features may evolve over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and managing the users and data within your organization.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout unless canceled in accordance with the billing process. Prices, taxes, optional usage charges, and add-ons are disclosed at checkout. Trial terms may be offered and may require a valid payment method.

Acceptable use

You may not use BlitzBooking for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, spam, deceptive communications, infringement, or activity that disrupts the service or harms others.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of data, messages, marketing consent, content, and business processes used through your organization. BlitzBooking does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or compliance advice.

Third-party services

Integrations such as Stripe, email, SMS, calendars, or other third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability. Third-party outages or policy changes may affect connected features.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be improved, replaced, or discontinued as the platform evolves.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, misuse, legal requirements, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.
